The best thing about AWS Firewall Manager is that it lets me control security rules for many AWS accounts at the same time from one single place. Before using it, I had to go into each account one by one and set up rules by hand. That was slow, easy to mess up, and very tiring. With Firewall Manager, I write the rule once and it goes everywhere. This alone saves me hours every week. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
What I dislike about AWS Firewall Manager is that it can be hard to understand at first, especially for beginners. The setup process and policy configuration feel complex and not very user friendly, so it takes time to get comfortable with how everything fits together. When something doesn’t work as expected, it can also be difficult to troubleshoot and figure out where the issue is coming from.
Another downside is that the pricing isn’t very clear, and it can become expensive depending on usage. AWS Firewall Manager charges you per policy, per region, per account every month. If you have 10 accounts and 5 policies across 3 regions, the bill adds up fast, and that’s on top of what you already pay for WAF, Shield, or Security Groups. For smaller teams or companies, this can feel like paying a lot for something that’s already adding complexity. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
