Un employé actif est un employé configuré sur Tanda avec la case "Employé" cochée dans l'onglet Profil.

Un employé actif est celui qui travaille actuellement pour votre entreprise et qui a un profil dans votre compte Tanda. Si un employé part ou ne travaillera pas pendant une période de temps, vous pouvez le désactiver sans perdre son profil et le réactiver s'il ou quand il revient. Cela signifie que votre charge mensuelle peut souvent changer au cours de l'année.
