Pour insérer rapidement du texte comme la date/heure actuelle ou un modèle que vous utilisez pour certains e-mails ou documents. Voici un exemple, je tape ".ncr" et voici ce qui sera affiché :  
"COMMUNICATIONS  
RESSOURCES CONNEXES  
EXIGENCES  
ACTIONS  
COMPOSANTS CRÉÉS  
COMPOSANTS MODIFIÉS  
LIVRAISON"  

Économise beaucoup de temps sur les tâches de texte répétitives.
