Lorsque nous parlons de coaching numérique, nous faisons référence à une expérience virtuelle et numérique dans laquelle un coach basé sur un logiciel (pas une personne réelle) interagit via une interface de type chat avec un employé, posant des questions de coaching à l'employé liées à un comportement spécifique. L'expérience de coaching sensibilise, présente des choix et favorise l'adoption de nouveaux comportements et habitudes.
