Un chat pertinent n'est pas du spam, des ventes, des accidents, des tests, des "bonjour" aléatoires ou des conversations incomplètes. Pour nous, les chats sont pertinents lorsque nous recueillons un nom et une adresse e-mail, et nous déterminons l'intention du chat. Nous facturons uniquement pour les chats pertinents.
