# Que sont les "chaînes" ?

Les termes et les traductions sont considérés comme des "chaînes". Le nombre total de chaînes d'un projet est la somme de ses termes et traductions. Par exemple, un projet avec 100 termes et deux langues entièrement traduites aura un total de 300 chaînes (100 termes plus 200 traductions des deux langues).
