# Question about Sendoso use cases

Came across Sendoso while researching sending platforms on G2.

One interesting shift in this space is that gifting is moving from “nice gesture” to pipeline acceleration tactic for sales teams.

Are most companies using Sendoso primarily for ABM outreach, or more for customer marketing and retention?
