Non, l'application Propel fonctionne sur la plateforme Salesforce, et vous obtenez cette plateforme en achetant Propel. Mais vous n'êtes pas obligé d'utiliser Salesforce CRM. Cependant, nous vous recommandons d'avoir un CRM afin de pouvoir lier ensemble les informations de vos clients, produits et services.
