Workbooks s'intègre à MS Outlook en 4 jours : Email, Calendrier, Contacts et tâches permettant à un utilisateur de synchroniser les informations dans ou hors de Workbooks depuis Outlook d'un simple clic. Cela est réalisé grâce à notre connecteur Outlook sur le PC qui synchronise les enregistrements pertinents pour l'utilisateur et permet à l'utilisateur d'utiliser Outlook hors ligne et en ligne avec Workbooks. Même sans Outlook, Workbooks inclut une fonctionnalité de Dropbox pour les emails qui permet à tout client de messagerie de copier facilement des emails dans le système CRM de Workbooks.
