Typiquement, lorsqu'une organisation a des exigences complexes en matière de planification de la rémunération que leur ERP ou HCM ne peut pas prendre en charge, la position de repli est d'utiliser des classeurs Excel distribués par e-mail en raison du besoin de flexibilité et de support de formules.
