Blue Marble croit qu'une entreprise avec 1 employé dans 1 pays ou des milliers d'employés dans plusieurs pays ont tous les mêmes besoins en matière de paie mondiale. Nous n'avons pas d'exigences minimales en matière de nombre d'employés ou de pays.
