Chaque forfait de centre d'appels comprend des appels entrants locaux illimités et 3 000 minutes sortantes par agent, par centre d'appels (0,01 $/min supplémentaire). De plus, il y a des frais par minute pour les appels entrants sans frais de 0,02 $/min par agent, par centre d'appels.
