Yubico propose des bibliothèques logicielles open source et des outils, tels que le Yubico Authenticator et le YubiHSM 2 SDK, qui sont disponibles sur GitHub sous diverses licences open source. Cependant, les appareils matériels de Yubico ne sont pas open source.
