Oui, vous obtenez une IP statique par instance que vous lancez. Vous ne perdrez l'IP que lorsque le VPS est supprimé. Vous pouvez acheter une IP statique pour conserver l'IP même après la suppression d'une instance.

Résumé - Le VPS a toujours la même IP, mais si vous voulez que l'IP persiste une fois le VPS supprimé, vous devez payer un supplément pour cela.
