Oui, c'est le cas. Il existe une édition Community et une édition Plus. L'édition Community est gratuite. L'édition Plus est gratuite pour un laboratoire à domicile et est préinstallée avec tout appareil Netgate. Il n'y a pas de frais annuels. Des forfaits de support sont disponibles à des prix très raisonnables.
