# Comment envoyer des demandes par e-mail dans Slack

Dans l'application web Halp (votrenomslack.halp.ai), allez dans la section des paramètres en haut à droite.

Dans les paramètres généraux, il y a une section sur les emails entrants. Ici, vous trouverez l'adresse email de votre équipe qui acceptera les emails entrants.
