J'ai eu la pire expérience en travaillant avec Deel. Ils ont littéralement volé mon salaire par une imposition intentionnelle et inutile. Le montant n'a jamais été reflété dans le FBR.

Here is the guide:
Don’t get direct withdrawals to your bank account. Use a service like Skydo as they give you better rates.
Register for GST if income is more than 20 lakhs per year File for LUT after GST registrations.
This way you will not have to pay IGST and claim, rather just file zero-rated GST.
 Service export is a zero-rated GST supply.      
Get a current account (not mandatory though).  
Skydo gives FIRA/FIRC for free whereas banks charge 200+GST for it

J'étais un contractuel utilisant Deel (entreprise basée au Canada, je suis basé en Espagne) ça a bien fonctionné :)

Pour les contractants, nous facilitons la manière dont vous êtes payé. Il existe 3 types de contractants.

Il existe 3 types de contractants,

Contrat à taux fixe
-Le contractant et le client conviennent d'un taux de base prédéterminé pour le travail, qui se répète à chaque cycle de paie

Contrat au fur et à mesure
-Les contractants sont payés à un taux variable basé sur les jours de travail, les heures ou les tâches soumises

Contrat par jalon
-Le contractant est payé un montant prédéterminé lorsqu'il atteint des jalons particuliers le long d'une chronologie de projet
