C'est un outil très convivial. Bien que j'aie rencontré des problèmes pour comprendre la structure, avec le temps, j'ai acquis de la facilité, et aujourd'hui je peux dire que c'est l'un des outils les plus polyvalents, qui couvre la plupart des besoins en marketing par e-mail. La structure et le placement des fonctionnalités sont appropriés. Il nécessite quelques ajouts en ce qui concerne les rapports personnalisés, mais c'est acceptable, car les principales métriques sont facilement disponibles.
