# Comment puis-je télécharger avec succès les informations des clients ?

Lors du téléchargement des informations du client à partir d'une feuille Excel, tout correspond parfaitement. Mais une fois que je vais regarder les arrêts, tous les numéros de téléphone apparaissent comme invalides. Mais une fois que je clique sur modifier l'arrêt et que j'enregistre (sans avoir à faire de modifications), ils sont prêts à partir. Comment puis-je éviter de devoir faire cela manuellement à chaque fois ?

Vous pouvez ajouter des informations client à Routific de plusieurs manières : 1) Ajouter manuellement des arrêts 2) Télécharger une feuille de calcul.
