Comment importer mes contacts dans Zipwhip pour pouvoir leur envoyer des SMS ?

Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de la façon d'exporter vos informations depuis votre CRM, veuillez contacter l'équipe de support/ressources du CRM pour obtenir de l'aide.

Sur la page Contacts, cliquez sur Importer des contacts
Téléchargez le modèle .CSV
Ouvrez le modèle .CSV dans Excel
Gardez les en-têtes tels quels
Copiez et collez les informations de vos contacts dans le modèle
Enregistrez sous un fichier .CSV
Sur la page Contacts, cliquez sur Importer des contacts
Téléchargez votre fichier .CSV
