Pour télécharger des fichiers WordPress, suivez ces étapes :

Connectez-vous au tableau de bord d'administration WordPress de votre site web.
Cliquez sur "Médias" dans le menu de gauche.
Cliquez sur le fichier que vous souhaitez télécharger pour l'ouvrir dans une nouvelle fenêtre.
Cliquez sur le bouton "Télécharger" dans le coin supérieur droit de la fenêtre pour télécharger le fichier.
