Pour créer une table Amazon DynamoDB localement :

Utilisez Docker : Exécutez docker run -p 8000:8000 amazon/DynamoDB-local.
Vérifiez : Accédez à http://localhost:8000 dans votre navigateur.
Créez la table : Utilisez l'AWS CLI ou un SDK AWS pointant vers cette URL.

Il n'y a aucun moyen de configurer un DynamoDB localement. En fait, il n'y a aucun service AWS que vous pouvez configurer localement. Cependant, il existe d'autres outils qui peuvent vous aider un peu à réaliser cela. Un tel outil est localstack - https://localstack.cloud/
