Oui, c'est possible. Assurez-vous d'ajouter un utilisateur à la fois à Bigin et au CRM pour que les enregistrements soient attribués aux mêmes propriétaires après la synchronisation. Lorsque l'utilisateur n'est pas présent dans l'une des applications, les nouveaux enregistrements synchronisés seront attribués à l'utilisateur qui configure l'intégration.
