Coup de chance. J'ai investi 2500 $ par prospect pour apparaître en troisième position sur Zillow. J'ai presque atteint le seuil de rentabilité sur un investissement d'environ 20 000 $. Franchement, j'ai fait mieux en utilisant mon propre marketing. C'est un non pour moi. Trop de "prospects" qui n'achetaient rien. Sérieusement, l'un d'eux était une promeneuse de chiens/gardienne d'enfants qui cherchait par curiosité pour ses clients. Ce prospect m'a coûté 2500 $.
