# Comment puis-je réellement contacter Rocket Chat ?

Soulever des tickets, envoyer des e-mails aux ventes, contacter directement le personnel sur les réseaux sociaux... Rien ne fonctionne. En tant que client payant, je veux savoir comment résoudre ce qui semble être un problème de communication avec le serveur de mon application. Cela semble ridicule que je doive faire de tels efforts pour obtenir une solution pour un produit que je paie activement.

Je n'ai pas pu retracer votre nom jusqu'à un ticket existant.

J'aimerais approfondir les raisons pour lesquelles vos tentatives de communication avec notre support n'ont pas été couronnées de succès ou n'ont pas reçu de réponse.
