# Live Transcript

How does a Pro-user enable Live Transcript when conducting a Zoom meeting? I have seen it being used in Webinars.

Salut Ruth, la fonction de transcription est disponible avec l'abonnement de niveau Business.

Si vous utilisez SSO et le plugin Chrome Zoom, parfois Zoom perd votre identité et donc la fonction d'enregistrement n'est pas activée. Allez dans l'extension, déconnectez-vous puis reconnectez-vous avec votre SSO. Ensuite, redémarrez la réunion et le bouton d'enregistrement devrait être visible.
