after recording your audio, record a blank and select that part then go to effects and from there to noise reduction and click on get noise profile and after that select all of your clip by pressing ctrl + a and then again  go to effect and then noise reduction make sure to select reduce noise from the option given and now press ok 
there you go that`s how you do noise reduction in audacity :)

Sous le menu "Effet", il y a un outil de "Suppression du bruit". Ensuite, échantillonnez une partie du profil sonore que vous souhaitez supprimer. Vous pouvez entendre un échantillon de ce à quoi cela ressemblera après la suppression pour vous assurer qu'il a l'effet désiré.
