# Meilleures pratiques

Comment pouvons-nous recruter en utilisant notre propre panel et les amener à télécharger le logiciel UserTesting ? Nous avons constaté que c'est un obstacle pour trouver des participants aux tests.

De plus, quelqu'un a-t-il trouvé comment obtenir l'analyse dans un format utilisable ?

Je suis d'accord et nous avons également eu cela comme un obstacle que nous n'avons pas pu résoudre.  Souhait qu'il utilise le logiciel qu'ils utilisent normalement.
