# Correct sound isses

Is it possible to work on video and sound quality in case of poor network access?

C'est une question que je poserais à l'équipe de support Zoom, au cas où il y aurait un problème connu avec votre configuration particulière. À court terme, essayez de fonctionner sans vidéo et voyez si cela améliore la qualité sonore. Si c'est le cas, assurez-vous qu'il n'y a rien dans votre réseau qui pourrait agir comme un étranglement et réduire la bande passante disponible pour Zoom.
