
I like how Zoho Commerce integrates seamlessly with the entire Zoho ecosystem—Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Marketing. Everything connects natively, without messy third-party plugins, so our product data, inventory, orders, customer records, and accounting are all in sync automatically. This integration saves us time and reduces errors, as there's no need to manually update information across systems. I also appreciate its affordable pricing and easy-to-use backend. The admin panel is straightforward, allowing our team to manage products, run promotions, and fulfill orders without technical training. Some of the advanced customization options for the storefront feel limited, especially if you want to build a highly unique, branded design without coding. The default templates are functional but not very modern or flexible. We’ve also noticed that third-party integrations outside the Zoho ecosystem can be clunky compared to other e-commerce platforms.
