I usually use xiQ for writing emails, and I think it's good for determining the tone and seeing what kind of tone people like. I definitely like the compatibility, as well as how it shows traits, strengths, and weaknesses, which I find very unique. These features add value by giving me a better idea of who I'm talking to and how to approach them, so I'm not going in blind. When looking at some of the sections on tone, like providing the email, they all kinda sound similar, which I don't know if that is based off the people.
