I've been using Webtrends Optimize tool for a while now and the recent UI update has been a big improvement. It’s much cleaner and easier to navigate, which makes working with the platform a lot smoother, especially when jumping between tests, reports, and dashboards.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Webtrends Optimize, but there are a couple of things that could be better. Some parts of the UI still feel a bit clunky and took me a little while to find where everything was.

Webtrends Optimize is a great platform for any company looking to improve their site based on a data driven approach. it has meant that rather than releasing blind changes to my site I can now collect data on any change I am planning to make and then take away any doubt in stakeholders eyes that we are heading in the right direction with a site optimization we may be planning.

Not only is it a great platform but the team at Webtrends are also so helpful and are always on hand to help you whether that may be in using the platform or looking for assistance in considering the conclusions and results of tests. They were also very helpful when it came to integrating with our website and we now use Webtrends far more than we could ever imagine.

Furthermore since fully integrating with Webtrends I have found that they have always been pushing to improve the product they provide. A recent user interface update has meant that it is now easier than ever to implement my tests and the fact that I was included in the beta meant that I could contribute to the design and functionality in order to have a platform that matches my needs on a personal and company level. Webtrends offers a great AB testing solution for the non-technical users but really excels when in the hands of developers. You can pretty much achieve anything you want to if you delve into the Advanced Editor and use the OBF tool. You can inject HTML, CSS and JavaScript and have full control over how the code runs. The tests we've run in the first year or so have all been really positive and had a major impact on improving our ticket booking funnel in particular.
