What I like best about Superhuman Prospecting is their consistency and communication. They follow through on outreach, keep me updated, and make adjustments quickly when I need something changed. What do you dislike about Superhuman Prospecting?

The main thing I disliked was the inconsistency in list utilization during the first campaign. Some contacts were dialed multiple times while a significant portion of the list wasn’t used. Hands down the best outsourced cold calling agency you're going to find. They've got the process dialed in - U.S. based W2 callers, refined scripting, great tracking / CRM, the list goes on. Like any marketing approach there’s a natural ramp-up period to dial in the messaging and strategy. It takes some iteration to find what resonates best with your audience, but Superhuman Prospecting is highly collaborative during that process and committed to continuous improvement, which makes it well worth the investment. What do you like best about Superhuman Prospecting?

While they do a great job with appointment setting for me and my clients, what I am super impressed with is their operational side, their quality control and their proactive campaign monitoring. When things are not going well, they are watching it and proactively making adjustments and changes to the campaign to make it better even before I can send them an email suggesting changes. It would be helpful it they offered a multi-channel outreach (email + calls) for the same price point as a calling campaign. I am really missing the email element, but it is more than I want to spend in order to stay within my clients budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
