The most helpful thing about Skriber is the amount of time it saves me at the end of the day with completion of clinical notes and the freedom to be present with patients knowing I haven’t missed anything. It is like having a personal assistant. The accuracy in transcript allows me to have confidence in this tool. Customer service support was helpful with questions and minor issues. The thing I dislike about Skriber is the fact that I have to come up with one thing I dislike. I have been pleased overall. Once there was a computer update that took about 24 hrs for Skriber to handle, but allowed a credit for the time Skriber was down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skriber one is a software product that literally works as my scribe. It allows me to engage with my patient and be more present during appointments. It also allows me to not forget anything and ensure that I have everything covered at the end of my day. Not to mention me getting home two hours earlier than I did before because of Skriber one.
