
I really appreciate the incredible customer support team at Schoox; they truly understand our problems and help us solve them. I love the relationships we have with our customer support specialists. I also like that Schoox gives us the ability to control our training extensively. We can organize training in a wide variety of ways and develop learning paths for specific groups of people. I really wish Schoox had a better integration with Google. We're using Google Workspace and facilitate lots of instructor-led training events through Google Meets. We need better integration with people's calendars, so there's a lot of manual work right now. Also, recently we started trying out the performance reviews, and there's still a lot I don't fully understand about how that works. I think I need a bit more information on that.
