
salesforce is my main tool for managing leads, tracking opportunities, and handling daily sales activities, the pipeline view is something i use regularly, it clearly shows deals in different stages, which helps me to prioritise follow ups. i also use lead and opportunity tracking daily, i can update deal stages, add notes after calls and track complete interaction history with client, this helps me to stay organise and ensures no lead is missed. i rely on task and reminder management, i set follow up reminders directly in salesforce, which helps me to stay on track, especially when handling multiple clients. the reports and dashboards are very useful , i can quickly check my performance conversion rates and pipeline status , which helps in planning my sales strategy.
