I really appreciate that Retorio provides a safe space for therapeutic area specialists (TAS) to practice their skills in dialoguing with healthcare professionals. It's great because it allows for on-demand practice, which is not just a one-off like the quarterly sales training we had before. This aspect of practicing and repetition definitely adds value and helps improve skills. I also found the support I received from Timo and colleagues at Retorio, very helpful and necessary. Building scenarios as an admin is very time-intensive. I did appreciate the support and encouragement provide by Timo and his team initially. It would be fantastic to have ongoing support for this setup process. Secondly, my colleagues for whom French is there first language found the scenarios challenging when working in English as Retorio had troubles with their accents and inadvertently cut them off and corrected them on pronunciation of words like "Bavencio". I am glad that the scenarios can now be provided in French, but I have not gotten feedback on whether they are having more success with the French avatars. My two francophone colleagues spent a fair bit of time working with Retorio (AInstein) initially but there experience was not as good as I had hoped so they may have been turned off from it somewhat.
