I really appreciate how Rchilli allows us to parse user documents and convert them into a JSON format that we're familiar with. It handles multiple documents in various formats with different content structures smoothly. Speed and reliability are two key strengths that I value the most in Rchilli. When we moved from Oracle's Taleo to the Oracle Recruiting Cloud, an option was to use Rchilli as our resume pasing vendor. The integration was seamless and working with Josh Adams was fantastic! He made it an easy process in order to meet our implementation deadline. We then reconnected as Oracle's Cloud World in 2023 where we learned all about the Rchilli Recharge and woah - we were very impressed. The functionality they offer in conjunction with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is by far, one of the best. I don't think résumé parsing will ever be a perfect science because the inputs are all different. RChilli still has some challenges with parsing certain types of résumés as does any résumé parser, but the percentage of those is still pretty low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
