
We love the ability to consolidate conversations and context from a wide variety of sources, such as Slack, email, and meetings, and then use AI to glean critical insights from all of that data. For the first time, we can see everything happening with a customer in a single place. The biggest issue at the moment is that there's no mobile app, and the browser experience is challenging on a phone. And while they're releasing new features and functionality at an astonishing rate (which is fantastic because the new features are often what we'd want to see added to the product), some of the features aren't as completely thought out as they could be, so we find ourselves submitting a lot of enhancement requests.
