It’s really easy to get started with, no technical knowledge or long training needed at all. The platform has a clean interface that’s straightforward to navigate, so I can build targeted surveys for supplier checks and internal team feedback without any hassle. I also value its flexibility to adjust questions and survey layouts to match our actual business scenarios. Distributing survey links is quick and convenient, and all submitted responses are automatically collected in a central dashboard. The main area for improvement is its reporting module is too basic for business analysis. It only shows raw answers and simple summaries, with no built-in charts, comparative analysis or trend reports I need for supplier performance reviews and internal process reviews. I have to export all survey data on my own, then reorganize and analyze it in spreadsheets to prepare proper reports for our team and management.
