"We Love Preparis"

What do you like best about Preparis?

We love how easily it to communicate with all staff or just specific departments. We also love the flexibility of communicating using different methods of communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Preparis?

Currently, we do not have any dislikes. Whenever you have questions of features you would like to see. Give them a minute and often times that feature is added because you may not be the only one who has inquired about that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Preparis solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an issue where all users were not receiving alert notifications. After our representative reviewed our messages, we learned that you cannot cross entities. If you are sending to a group, stick with groups; if you are sending to departments, stick with that entity. Do not cross entities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
