how can we get a detailed explanting for the all the attributes in the play vox ?

I want to get a more and better explaining of the attributes for the agent to understand more about the monitoring and more about the scorecard, so they know how exactly to avoid making mistakes in handling the chat or the call in their company and get the best quality with less fails

how to expand the playvox user to many more applications

having this tool to monitor the agents made everything looks easy to do so which you can build your agent profile from the scratch is a good evaluation to the company image when it makes it the best company when it comes to quality and all thanks to playvox only

how I didn't fall in playvox ?

To use it smartly, we have to use it to learn from it, so it gives us feedback on what happened to us in it, whether this is good for us or not. It will be easy to explain why. It will be so easy for them to improve themself and work on every weak point they have and make it a strong point
