Olto helps reduce the time and effort it takes to build a compelling demo environment and story when demonstrating products to prospects. Before Olto, we would have to build and customize demo environments for each demonstration and it would take anywhere from 4-12 hours to build, depending on the complexity of the prospect or customer's needs. "Instant demo data for each industry"

What do you like best about Olto?

They are easy to work with and responsive. No admin overhead for us and easy implementation. Instantly changes all the demo data to be industry specific. Also usable for location specific like changing all names to be Japanese names. Data is still easily edited to make those specific records needed to tell our story. We use it on most demos. Make it in their industry, change names to be realistic to the region, and show our stories in a good light. "Super quick setup, very easy to use, and huge time saving"

What do you like best about Olto?

Among the tools we looked at, Olto offered the fastest implementation without needing to involve the engineering team. They did a quick POC as part of the process. The platform is self-explanatory with a couple of easy to remember keyboard shortcuts. I liked the ability to tweak the demos just before a call. The user guide is literally one page long. Most of it is self-explanatory - no need for hours of training.

The Olto team is super responsive and fast - often times they'll implement a requested change on the same day. Even when we had niche questions, the Olto team jumped in immediately on Slack and some times on Zoom. They listened and took our feedback seriously. They made us feel taken care of. What do you dislike about Olto?

Given that Olto works on web apps through a browser extension, it does not customize our iPad app. I wish it did - life would have been so much easier. But it makes up for it by all the time saved on our main web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Olto has been a game changer for our presales team. Within days, we were building personalized demos without any engineering help. It’s drastically reduced the prep time for every customer call. From setup to daily use, Olto's been smooth. It fits into our workflow well and just does what it is supposed to. The simplicity. Our team picked it up in a week.
