What do you like best about Mural?

Mural has great features that work well, such as navigation, post-its, areas, icons, Jira integration, and templates. Also I got support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

Mural still has several gaps, but it does seem dedicated to improving. The positioning and alignment reference lines have improved a lot, but it’s still lacking when it comes to placing items within areas, or when you have areas inside other areas. On a lower-capacity computer, Mural also tends to take a long time to load. I still don’t see much AI in Mural, and I think this is another area where it could improve. Managing dashboards can be confusing at times, and I sometimes feel like there are simply too many options to sort through. When I’m working with large files, the process can slow down noticeably, which makes it harder to stay efficient. Its interactive, instantaneous nature is its biggest advantage. It lets me compile to-do lists, jot down ideas, plan ahead, and organize everything I have going on as the managing director of a company.
