What do you like best about MiHCM?

MiHCM is a platform where employee and employeer both are benefitted. I love very much about MiHCM about manage my attendance and leave track record. It is very easy to use as in desktop and app version. Integration and implementation is also easy to any devices. Almost everyday I frequently use it. The customer sepport are very active. What do you like best about MiHCM?

MiHCM is intuitive and straightforward to most of the users. As it is a cloud-based software, it can be implemented within one day. Their support team is very responsive and listens to all the problems carefully. I have to use it every day for check-in, check-out, and leave purposes at my office. It has quite good features including assigning tasks, payroll, and performance management. It could be integrated with most of the popular fingerprint machines in the market. What problems is MiHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

In this modern world like every office mine also uses HRM software which is MiHCM. I check in and also check out the office punching in the application. I also applied for leave at MiHCM when I needed it. I can also view my performance, and my payroll data from this app. I also hand over my duties to my college without bothering the HR manager. What do you like best about MiHCM?

In our organization, we regularly use it for attendance. This software has many features like employee profile, attendance, leave, payroll, comprehensive mobile app, etc. Also, the MiHCM software is very user-friendly to use. We use a Bio-Star machine for physical punch and the database of it is easily integrated into the MiHCM software. The MiHCM support team is very cooperative and guides us to understand the software quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
