**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I find it easy to use Kinsta for hosting about 15 different websites without needing to worry about upgrading very often. Kinsta makes managing these websites simple in one place and securely hosts WordPress sites, which makes my work safer and more straightforward. I really like that Kinsta handles all the hosting and technical details, so I don't have to manage those aspects myself. The initial setup of Kinsta was excellent because they logged into my existing websites and made the transition smooth, which I could do one at a time. It was easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Well, I find it quite expensive, to be honest. I'm in New Zealand. And it costs a lot. So I'm always looking for a better price. I do have a few denial server attacks. Every now and again with my other website, and I've had to host that somewhere else that's more robust. So it would be good if I didn't have to pay a lot of money to protect my website from digital attacks.

Kinsta's usability solves my headaches with upgrades, letting me manage 15 websites effortlessly in one place.

As a complete beginner with no technical background, I was able to get my website live without losing my mind – which says a lot. The support team deserves most of the credit. They're genuinely helpful, fast to respond, and never make you feel stupid for asking basic questions. The dashboard is clean and manageable even if you don't know what half the settings mean.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

The pricing is on the higher end, which is a lot to swallow when you're just starting out and not yet generating revenue from your site. Would be great to have a cheaper entry-level option for hobby or passion projects.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I really love Kinsta for its amazing CDN which makes managing my Vite, React, WordPress site very easy. I also appreciate that Cloudflare is built-in, as it ensures my website doesn't run slow with edge caching. The dashboard is super easy to navigate, and even though the pricing is on the premium side, it's fair for a premium service. It's very fast. I've had a great experience with their support; the team was quick to assist and solve my issues through chat. Setting up with Kinsta was really straightforward, and I found it easy enough to set up a staging site and integrate things. Overall, the platform does everything I want, and I would definitely recommend it for hosting a WordPress site because of its speed and great dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I really don't have any. I mean, with everything in life, I wish things were cheaper. So I'm a Canadian. And it's American pricing. And it is a little bit expensive for me.

We use Kinsta to host our WooCommerce website, and what really stands out is the support.

They’re incredibly responsive, genuinely friendly, and easy to reach. I don’t have to jump through hoops or dig through help articles - I can simply message a real person and get help straight away.

What I especially appreciate is that I can ask even very basic questions without feeling silly. The team is patient, upbeat, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to run a business and just need things sorted quickly.

It’s not a fully “hands-off” platform if you’re dealing with more complex setups, but knowing that support is there - and that they’re good - makes it much easier to manage.

It’s been a very positive experience, mainly because of how accessible and human the support feels. That alone sets them apart from most hosting providers I’ve dealt with.

There’s a small learning curve at the beginning, but support makes it easy to get up to speed.

Kinsta removes the constant worry of securing and managing a self-install of WordPress on a shared server or VPS. Constant nagging from a webhost about resource usage, CPU hogging, database overuse, and fighting to keep out bots and nefarious login attempts is a thing of the past. Tech support helped me migrate my existing site over, and quickly solved the few issues that cropped up during the transfer. I'm tech-savvy enough to handle a WordPress self-install on my own server, but I was honestly just sick of doing it. I'd rather spend my time creating actual content for the site than chasing PHP errors, updating security plugins, managing comment spam, and constantly tweaking caching plugins to try to speed up load times. All of that ended the day I switched to Kinsta, and it cost half the price of my managed Virtual Private Server at another web host.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I don't dislike anything about Kinsta so far.  If I had to say something negative, I'd say I wish I'd done this two years sooner. I'd have a lot more of my time and money back.

Time Management. Kinsta allows me to spend my time creating actual content rather than wasting it managing a server and "massaging" WordPress and a dozen plugins to effectively display my content to the world.

Of all the things Kinsta does well, what we like best is the complete peace of mind it gives us. The performance is outstanding, with fast load times and rock-solid stability across all our WordPress sites, even during traffic spikes. But beyond speed, it’s the combination of services, support, and usability that really stands out.

The support team is truly unmatched. Every time we’ve reached out, we’ve received fast, clear, and expert help from people who genuinely understand WordPress at a deep technical level. Problems are solved efficiently, and we often get proactive advice that helps improve our sites rather than just fix the immediate issue.

We also love the MyKinsta dashboard. The UX/UI is exceptionally well designed—clean, intuitive, and powerful without being overwhelming. Managing backups, staging environments, domains, and performance tools is effortless, which saves us a huge amount of time.

Overall, there is very little to dislike about Kinsta, but if we had to point out one area, it would be the resource allocation limits. For growing websites, the caps on visits, storage, and certain resources can sometimes feel a bit restrictive, especially during periods of rapid growth or unexpected traffic spikes.

That said, this is more of a planning consideration than a flaw in the service itself. The limits are clearly defined, and Kinsta provides transparent monitoring tools that make it easy to track usage and scale when needed. While we occasionally wish there were a bit more flexibility built into the base plans, the performance, reliability, support, and overall quality of the platform more than make up for it.

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinsta solves many of the core problems that come with managing and scaling WordPress websites, especially around efficiency, performance, and reliability. Before using Kinsta, a lot of time was spent dealing with server optimizations, caching configurations, performance tuning, and general hosting-related issues. Kinsta removes that complexity entirely.

Their platform is heavily optimized for WordPress out of the box, which results in significantly faster load times, better stability, and improved overall performance without requiring constant manual adjustments. Built-in caching, CDN integration, automatic backups, and security monitoring all work seamlessly in the background, allowing our sites to run at peak speed with minimal effort from our side.

From an efficiency standpoint, this is a huge benefit. The streamlined dashboard, easy staging environments, and clear performance insights reduce the time spent on technical maintenance and troubleshooting. The platform genuinely feels like it was built by developers, for developers. The MyKinsta dashboard is clean, no-nonsense, and gives me immediate access to the tools I actually need (SSH, staging, etc.) without the bloat.

The standout feature, however, is the support. The chat is incredibly fast—I'm usually talking to a real human within a minute or two—and they are actual engineers who can solve complex technical issues, not just support agents reading from a script.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

While the platform is generally great, the server-side caching can sometimes be overly aggressive. I’ve run into 'sticky' caching issues where changes don't reflect immediately during development, which can be frustrating to debug.

Also, regarding support: while they are very fast to respond, I have had a few complex cases where I had to go back and forth with multiple agents to get to the bottom of it. The issue always gets resolved perfectly in the end, but the process of reiterating the problem to different people can be a bit tiring.

Kinsta solves the problem of wasting time on server administration. Because the platform is built for developers, I don’t have to spend hours configuring environments or worrying about uptime.

There is nothing that I don't like about Kinsta. It would be nice if other companies modeled their customer service after Kinsta. I was skeptical to switch to a wordpress site after having gone through a similar attempt using Godaddy a year before. There are so many things that we don't have to worry about when we use and recommend Kinsta to our clients. This includes basic tools for site speed and performance optimization, the ability to use DevKinsta for local development, easy transfer to clients, clean domain x DNS management, and top-notch support.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

They've changed the organization menu multiple times, but I recall that when I first started using Kinsta around 2020, it was easier to find clients. They've definitely improved it recently. I also wish the domain connection was a bit easier for clients to use, since it involves quite a few steps that require us to go back and forth between the site's connected domains + the DNS management section. Additionally, the storage/CDN/server bandwidth is not the greatest, especially when we're migrating older sites that have collected media, content, etc. for 10+ years.

I love the backend dashboard - it's the best I've ever used and extremely functional. It has everything I need to quickly and easily administer several websites at once. The integrated support help chat is excellent and someone is always there to take a look at something or answer my questions. I love how I can see everything and edit what I need for each site so easily. This makes cpanel and even my beloved Plesk look terrible by comparison. The specialization of Wordpress only makes a huge difference and website performance is excellent - typically around 700ms for my WooCommerce sites on average. The ability to use their app and Docker for local deployment is cool and I want to learn more about how to use that.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

The new branding and colors don't sit as well with me as the previous ones and its kinda grating to look at on the backend versus cooler colors of the past. I wish they had a good dark mode so I wouldn't have to use a browser plugin to make the backend easy on my eyes at night.

Fast, reliable Wordpress specific hosting for sites whose primary goal is to make money. I like the Wordpress integration and backend that is specific to dealing with these kinds of sites, updating, backing up, and configuring them. I also love the static site hosting but that is moving to a new provider very soon that is also controlled by Kinsta which they say will have the same deal as I'm currently getting, so that's good.

Kinsta is simply to use. It's a complete product in a nutshell designed to provide the fastest, most optimized WP setup (caching, CDN and backups). Clearing cache is quick and less of a hassle. Having a FREE staging area is a huge deal and the ability to create more development environments (albeit w extra cost) is a convenient way to work on and test out multiple staging environments.

Limited amount of installs per plan. Other hosting companies doesn't put a cap on the amount of allocated WP installs, Kinsta on the other hand, only gives us a limited amount based on the account we purchased. On the flipside, since each site account is allocated on it's own server location, this kinda makes sense.

Convenience plain and simple. It's easy to use Kinsta, very fast, excellent UI and awesome customer support chat with real people. Kinsta's security is the best I've ever seen. Other than enforcing strong passwords, using 2FA for people who log into the site, and an anti-spam plugin for the forms, we don't need any additional security to keep the site safe from the hackers. Kinsta handles it all. The site is fast both on the front end AND back end, which cannot be said of certain other hosts in the same league as Kinsta. Kinsta's support team is also very very good. You get help from a real support person very quickly when you open a support chat. They always resolve my issue immediately and have also been helpful when I needed to improve performance. They explained what to do, and how to do it and how to keep it optimized going forward. Nowadays it seems like everyone is trying to use AI to support their customers, and I especially appreciate that Kinsta has not done that. You answer a few questions to be sure you're routed to the right support department, and then you're talking to a real live person who really knows what they're talking about. Being able to talk to a support person on chat immediately without having to deal with an AI bot is probably literally what I like best about Kinsta right now.

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I find Kinsta much more convenient compared to other cloud services, and I love that I can set it up all at once. The service is really friendly, and when chatting for support, they respond quickly and kindly address even the parts I didn't request. I appreciate that their customer support is helpful even to those who don't know much about development, and this might be the only reason to use Kinsta. The setup is also very easy to do at once, and it's nice that I can make various settings with just a few clicks while using it.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I don't particularly like it, but I think it's worth the price even though it's more expensive than I expected. It's not that expensive.

Kinsta is more convenient than other cloud providers and can be set up all at once. Even people who don't know much about development find it good because the customer support service provides great assistance, and I switched because the cost is reasonable and the speed is fast.

I manage around 10 websites (and growing) and Kinsta's admin interface makes it really easy and fast to make sure all of my clients' websites are secure, healthy, performant, and working as they should. The platform is incredibly robust, but the design is such that it all feels so simple.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

While I am happy with the value of Kinsta, I would love to see the price point come down just a tad to make it an even greater value.

Kinsta makes managing multiple websites simple, and the pricing allows me to scale up and down easily. As a small agency, keeping the cost under control is important.

Where do I begin? I've been with Kinsta for many years now and I'm constantly blown away by their excellence. They're always there for me, always stellar, always incredible value. They've resolved urgent situations for my websites immediately. They've always gone above and beyond. And the icing on the cake is how incredibly kind everyone is! I would never think of going elsewhere—I'm happily a Kinsta customer for life!

Nothing to improve - I've learned that Kinsta services are an incredible value.

**Recommendations to others considering Kinsta:**

I'd recommend you consider Kinsta. They have a free trial to try out their service for first-hand experience. Additionally, in my opinion, Kinsta is simple to use, even for those without a ton of tech experience.

Kinsta has allowed us to resolve website speed issues and strengthen security. Kinsta handled the migration from our previous host in the blink of an eye. They even fixed the few blips in the transfer caused by the ineptitude of our previous host. Kinsta went above and beyond for us on that.

I appreciate the way things work, the reputation the company has.

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

I do not like that the only way to pay is USD, being in Canada means the cost to just make a credit card payment ends up being an additional $20 worth of bank exchange and transaction fees. Would be awesome if Kinsta had an option for paying in CAD.

Speed is a big part of the equation, future-proofing the website for marketing. Security is also very important for us as well, along with not needing to convert images to WebP manually. We also like automatic backups, that saves us a lot of time!

Kinsta offers daily automatic backups, malware scans, and protection against hacking attempts.
You don’t need to install extra plugins or worry about manual backups.
4. Excellent Support Team:
The 24/7 live chat support is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

1.	Pricing:

3. Overkill for Small Projects:

**What do you like best about Kinsta?**

I've been using Kinsta for my WordPress sites and honestly, I'm really impressed with what they offer. The thing that hit me right away was just how fast everything loads compared to my old host. Like, I didn't realize how sluggish my site had been until I switched over. It genuinely outperforms everything else I've tried, and I've bounced around between a few different hosts over the years.

What really sets Kinsta apart for me though is their customer service. I can't stress this enough - they're always super helpful. I'm not the most technical person, so when something goes wrong or I need to figure out how to do something, I get anxious about contacting support. But with Kinsta, every single time I've reached out, they've been patient and actually solved my problem instead of just sending me generic help articles. They respond quickly too, which is huge when you're dealing with site issues.

The interface is another win. Everything is just easy to use and makes sense. I don't have to dig through confusing menus or google how to do basic tasks. Setting up staging sites, managing backups, checking my site's performance - it's all straightforward. I know that sounds simple, but after dealing with clunky dashboards at other hosts, having something intuitive makes a real difference in my day-to-day workflow.

The only small downside I've found is that the initial setup and application process can feel a bit complex, but the CS is pretty straight forward for that too.

The biggest thing is how much my maintenance time has reduced - I'm talking drastically less time spent dealing with site issues, slowdowns, and technical problems. Before switching to Kinsta, I was constantly putting out fires for clients, troubleshooting performance issues, and spending hours on tasks that now basically handle themselves. That freed-up time means I can focus on growing my business and taking on more clients instead of being stuck in support hell.
My clients are also genuinely happier, which matters a lot when you're trying to retain business and get referrals. Kinsta made it easy to move to them by providing very clear instructions. The tech support is superb, getting back to me very quickly sometimes instantly. I have only had one or two outages which was due to an AI bot that they were able to help me fix.

Nothing that I can think of - it has been a great experience so far.

I previously paid an agency to host the websites and had performance issues. Since using Kinsta the performance is much better and I have full control.

The speed. I'd tried several other companies for using Woocommerce with Elementor and they were incredibly slow. Kinsta was the only one where there was no lag. I've since stopped using Elementor and now the sites are just ridiculously fast. Also I love that when you choose to refresh the cache, it actually does it, some companies are so overbearing with that!

**What do you dislike about Kinsta?**

Occasionally things will go down, which is although very seldom, it's not always possible to find out the reason. More importantly their support really helps, even so usually the site is back up before we've properly start going through the issue

**What problems is Kinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host around 10 sites, so it's nice having an admin tool that gets better all the time, with more tools all in one place whereby you can administer changes in one action.
