
I really like having documentation in a single, easy-to-use environment with IT Glue. It makes finding things specific to a client or piece of software very helpful, which is a big plus for managing IT documentation. I like how you can integrate with RMM and do a web remote session to use AI to create documentation. The ability to search and have a more automated flow of reviewing documentation and retrieving documentation and getting it linked to incoming tickets. It can be really difficult to find client specific information unless you know exactly how to search for it. There is sometimes lost time spent there.
