What do you like best about Fluint?

Everyone on our team uses Fluint to build business problem statements in minutes. We now share them as links, and prospects can edit them directly, which drives much better engagement than email attachments.

This lets me confirm the team is following our selling process and collaborating with their champions, so we capture what they’re trying to solve and how our tool fits their business needs. What do you dislike about Fluint?

Building consistent usage takes time and discipline, especially with new reps. It’s a real process shift. We also had to learn how to coach prospects to collaborate early, since they don’t always expect that upfront. But once they do engage, it works really well. Fluint makes collaboration much easier for us, both internally and externally. What do you like best about Fluint?

I really like Fluint's AI; it's really good. The user interface is also great, making it easy for my team to adopt. The support team is super helpful, and the setup and training process was very thorough and exhaustive. Fluint allows for very easy setup and quick use, which has led to wide adoption by our team. We were familiar with how to use the product, which meant that my team was able to use it quickly and effectively to help close deals and move them to the pipeline. What do you dislike about Fluint?

It's very effective for pipelines with a lot of deals or those almost exclusively focused on new business. However, for our pipeline with mostly existing clients, where account managers focus on client service management and account management rather than new business sales, it didn't work as well for us. Fluint is hands down the best tool for account planning, prospecting, and understanding my business. I keep it open all day because it genuinely makes my work faster and easier.

What makes Fluint invaluable:

Olli (the AI assistant) helps me draft emails, craft customer responses, and think through complex deals

Creates Point of Views, account plans, and presentation slides

Gives me instant insights on my business - answers in seconds, not hours

Provides actionable next steps when deals stall, keeping my pipeline moving

I can access Fluint from anywhere, and I honestly use it for everything now.

Support is exceptional. Audrey Johnson, our Head of Customer Success, is one of the best I've worked with - incredibly responsive and always willing to listen to ideas and incorporate feedback. The team genuinely cares about making the product work for how we actually sell.

I use Fluint for building business cases and as an AI sales assistant. Fluint does an amazing job of articulating value to a customer in a clear and concise way. It's a new platform so constantly working to iterate. The biggest issue is getting an actionable format out of Fluint. It is great for sending links but if you want to send a PDF or format the document it is very difficult. They recently launched a slide beta feature. Will be great once that feature is more mature. What do you like best about Fluint?

I really appreciate Ollie and the frameworks in Fluint. It's the best application of generative AI for the content it produces for me. There's a balance between being very sales-focused and enablement-focused, which is crucial for collaboration and partnership. The language is soft yet effective in helping me move deals forward. The generative language capability is really crucial for following up and advancing business deals. I also like the ability to build my own frameworks, which helps me apply my sales enablement training and immediately put it into practice. What do you dislike about Fluint?

I think that sometimes creating the frameworks themselves could be a little bit more fluid because once a framework is created, it's hard to go in and adjust. If I want to adjust, I have to go to that initial framework, work with Ollie, and have Ollie create a new document. What do you like best about Fluint?

What I like most about Fluint is all the different capabilities that came out of the box, especially for building business cases, success plans, and deal review documentation. I love the rapid pace at which they continue to develop and add more functionality to the platform. In instances where we've given feature requests, we've seen those features shipped within a few weeks to a month's time. I also really appreciate the ongoing support from the team, regularly meeting with Audrey and Nia to get best practices and push the envelope with our Fluint tenant. What do you dislike about Fluint?

I think the biggest thing that could probably improve would be some of the rate limitations with Olli. Oftentimes, if I'm running large or complex queries, the engine will time out, so I have to start over or start a new chat. I really appreciate Fluint because Olli is a game changer. The sales assistant capabilities within Olli help keep my sales team on track and quickly calls out adherence to sales process and sales methodology like MEDDPICC and 3 WHYs. Fluint allows us to sell with prospects through business cases, significantly improving our ability to empower champions to sell internally within their organization when we are not in the room. I really enjoy using Olli and how I can ask it anything, like how to unlock a deal or propose updates to documents based on the last conversation.
