What do you like best about E-Service?

Self intuitive.

This specific software is very user friendly with personalized aspects which the user can integrate within the workflow of the system.

It has many features such as report task generation, control of user group security/access as well as email integration and so many other important and extensive protocols for the end user to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about E-Service?

If we need to integrate with a 3rd party software, our team of engineers is unable to do this if they don't revert to the supplier as the Data fields are not clear, and this makes it very hard to map the desired data for extraction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
