I found that you cannot add your daily allowance to your expenses report. So if I have 1 trip, I need to make an expenses report and a daily allowance report instead of 1 report for both. I don't know if this is something my company opted for, or if there are other reasons for it. And it is also weird that other expenses without the credit card cannot be added to the system. I find Declaree by Mobilexpense very easy to use for submitting travel expenses. I just need to upload the receipt and create the report, and it goes to my director without bothering him via email.
